Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and will be responsible for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen, operational coordination ability, and a clear understanding of client servicing within a fast-paced business environment. The Account Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, technology, and support, to deliver seamless execution and maximise client value.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all matters related to assigned client accounts.
  • Building, managing, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust, retention, and continuity of business.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of Togethr.club's products, services, processes, and business model to effectively support client objectives.
  • Identifying and driving opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing accounts.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including the operations, technology, and support teams, to ensure timely and successful execution of client requirements.
  • Managing client expectations, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Negotiating commercials, agreements, and account-level terms in alignment with company objectives and profitability expectations.
  • Forecasting, monitoring, and reporting key account metrics, campaign performance, and account status updates for internal review.
  • Handling escalations, resolving client concerns, and ensuring challenges are addressed in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
  • Planning and executing client-facing communication, including case study emails, campaign performance updates, and business notifications.
  • Managing and coordinating promotional email campaigns and WhatsApp communications for the timely dissemination of offers, campaigns, and business updates.
  • Setting up and managing EBM (Email-Based Marketing) campaigns in line with client goals and internal strategic priorities.
  • Actively managing and engaging WhatsApp partnership groups, ensuring regular communication, partner participation, and smooth coordination.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, business development support, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and drive commercial discussions with clients.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking account performance and interpreting business metrics.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, client reporting, campaign coordination, and partner communication processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, presentations, and standard business communication tools.
  • Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven business environments will be an added advantage.
