Build, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct high-quality discovery conversations with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
Position and sell Design or IT services including website development, product engineering, dedicated engineering teams, and digital transformation solutions.
Lead proposal discussions, solution presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
Deliver consistent revenue growth aligned with business targets.
Collaborate with delivery and leadership teams to ensure smooth project transition and long-term client retention.
Mandatory Qualifications
2+ years of proven experience in IT Services / Design Services Sales.
Strong experience in end-to-end B2B sales i.e., from lead generation to closure.
Strong experience in inside sales, outbound lead generation, and cold calling.
