Lead Instructional Designer

Location: Bangalore – HSR Layout

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Instructional Designer to design and deliver high-quality, learner-centric training solutions. The role involves collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to understand program requirements and learning objectives
• Design and develop instructional content including storyboards, eLearning modules, videos, ILT materials, and assessments
• Create engaging, performance-driven learning experiences aligned with business goals
• Review and enhance existing learning content to ensure quality and effectiveness
• Apply instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles in content development
• Mentor and guide junior Learning Designers
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve learning strategies and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Instructional Designing (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in eLearning development and Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and learner-centric approaches
• Exposure to technologies such as Java, C/C++, Python, AWS, Azure, or RDBMS
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (not beyond 30 days)
• K10/K12 experience will not be considered
