We are seeking a Lead Instructional Designer with a strong background in technology and instructional design to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative instructional materials and learning experiences using instructional design principles.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and content requirements.
- Utilize various technologies and tools to create engaging and interactive e-learning modules.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of instructional materials.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in instructional design and development, particularly in e-learning environments.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
