Job Description:

Vish Gyana Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with 5 to 5.5 years of experience in B2B/B2C lead generation, demand generation, and sales prospecting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients through various digital and outbound strategies. This role requires expertise in leveraging CRM tools, automation platforms, and market research to build a high-quality sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold emails, cold calls, and digital campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted prospecting lists and campaigns.
  • Manage and update CRM systems to track leads and ensure smooth pipeline management.
  • Utilize SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and marketing automation tools to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and prospect behavior.
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates and engagement.
  • Ensure that all outreach efforts comply with GDPR and data privacy regulations.

Key Requirements:

5 to 5.5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales prospecting.

Must have previous experience in sourcing leads for Software companies.

Strong understanding of B2B/B2C lead generation tactics and demand generation strategies.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for lead tracking and pipeline management.

Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach (email & calls), and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with prospects.

Ability to analyze lead data, metrics, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) is a plus.
