Job Description

Role Title: Lead Generation Executive

Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to 2.4 LPA

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Role Overview

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential prospects through multi-channel outreach. This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by executing targeted campaigns, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team with high-quality opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads across target industries and markets
  • Build and manage prospect databases with accurate contact information
  • Execute outbound campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Perform cold outreach and follow-ups to engage prospects
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business requirements
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain and update lead status in CRM systems
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on campaign goals and targets
  • Track campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies
  • Ensure daily/weekly activity targets (emails, connections, responses) are met
  • Maintain data quality, hygiene, and compliance standards
  • Support lead nurturing through consistent follow-ups and engagement

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of lead generation and outbound sales processes
  • Hands-on experience with Email Marketing and LinkedIn outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers
  • Good understanding of targeting, segmentation, and personalization
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outreach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B lead generation or SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of tools like email automation platforms and prospecting tools
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer journey
