Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads through calls, site visits, and follow-ups
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed project presentations
  • Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities

Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience in real estate / apartment sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong convincing ability and customer-handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
  • Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
