Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leads through calls, site visits, and follow-ups
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed project presentations
- Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers
- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the buying process
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in real estate / apartment sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong convincing ability and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
