Role Overview
The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential prospects through multi-channel outreach. This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by executing targeted campaigns, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team with high-quality opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads across target industries and markets
- Build and manage prospect databases with accurate contact information
- Execute outbound campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Perform cold outreach and follow-ups to engage prospects
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business requirements
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead status in CRM systems
- Work closely with the sales team to align on campaign goals and targets
- Track campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies
- Ensure daily/weekly activity targets (emails, connections, responses) are met
- Maintain data quality, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Support lead nurturing through consistent follow-ups and engagement
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of lead generation and outbound sales processes
- Hands-on experience with Email Marketing and LinkedIn outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers
- Good understanding of targeting, segmentation, and personalization
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outreach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B lead generation or SaaS industry
- Knowledge of tools like email automation platforms and prospecting tools
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer journey
