We specialize in digital marketing solutions including paid advertising, social media marketing, and performance-driven lead generation campaigns across industries.

We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with experience in the real estate sector who can help generate and manage high-quality leads for saveral real estate projects.

Role Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate qualified leads for real estate projects. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady flow of high-intent buyer inquiries through paid marketing channels and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign data, optimizing lead funnels, and ensuring cost-effective lead acquisition for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.
  • Generate high-quality leads through Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to improve lead quality and reduce CPL.
  • Create and manage target audiences, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead qualification and feedback.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Manage lead funnels including landing pages, forms, and CRM integration.
  • Monitor campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest real estate marketing trends and digital advertising updates.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Facebook Ads & Google Ads
  • 35 years of experience in lead generation (real estate preferred)
  • Understanding of real estate buyer targeting strategies.
  • Experience with landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Experience with Google Ads (Search & Display campaigns).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with real estate developers, brokers, or property marketing firms.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and lead nurturing strategies.

  • Noida Extension/Greater Noida West.

Work Days & Timings

  • 6 Days a week(Mon-Sat).
  • 10AM - 6:30PM.
