The Role
We're looking for a Lead Nurturing Specialist to own and execute the MQL-to-SQL conversion strategy. This role is central to bridging marketing and sales, ensuring every qualified lead from our inbound campaigns is engaged, nurtured, and moved efficiently through the funnel.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with CRM and automation tools, and knows how to personalize outreach to drive results. You'll work closely with both marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs, improve conversion rates, and drive pipeline growth.
