Role Overview
We are looking for someone who understands:

Your role will be to help BrandLoom consistently identify and engage high-potential prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email outreach platforms, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospect Research
- Identify potential B2B clients across industries and geographies
- Build targeted prospect lists using:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io
- Crunchbase
- Google research
- CRM databases
Outreach & Pipeline Support
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns through:
- LinkedIn
- Email
- Cold outreach sequences
- Assist in generating qualified meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally
Data & CRM Management
- Maintain clean and updated lead databases
- Track outreach activity and response rates
- Update CRM systems regularly
Research & Targeting
- Understand ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)
- Research companies, decision-makers, and business triggers
- Identify opportunities based on industry trends and business signals
Campaign Optimization
- Analyze outreach performance
- Suggest improvements in messaging, targeting, and sequences
- Continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in:
- B2B lead generation
- outbound prospecting
- sales outreach
- appointment setting
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io
- CRM tools
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Strong written communication skills
- Good research and analytical ability
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
