About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new B2B prospects
Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email, and calls
Maintain CRM with accurate lead details
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to build strong pipelines
Follow up with potential clients to ensure engagement
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or similar role
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach tools
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
