Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist (35 years) for a Hybrid role (remote or work from office) based in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing lead generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), as well as conducting research to identify and qualify high-quality leads. The role requires ownership of the lead funnel, pipeline management, and close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in identifying and acquiring New Leads and handling Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients effectively
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
  • Research, identify, and qualify new B2B and B2C leads
  • Manage CRM and maintain accurate sales pipeline data
  • Collaborate with sales to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Monitor KPIs (CPL, lead quality, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign ROI

Qualifications

  • Expertise in conducting thorough Research to identify new business opportunities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), and analytics platforms.
