ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an AI Lead Generation Specialist who lives and breathes pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel for DialNexa across every channel that works, paid, email, LinkedIn, and whatever else you can make work with the right tools and the right approach.
This is a deeply execution-heavy role. We are not looking for someone who thinks about lead gen or advises on it. We are looking for someone who runs sequences, builds workflows, pulls data, reads numbers, and ships things daily. The person who thrives here is someone who is always testing something new, always looking at why a number moved, and always finding a smarter way to do the same thing with less manual effort.
The other thing that makes this role different is the AI requirement. We do not mean someone who uses ChatGPT to write emails. We mean someone who has built actual workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Phantombuster, n8n, Make, or similar, and can string them together into systems that run without hand-holding.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Outbound and Email
- Build and run cold email campaigns end to end, from list building and enrichment to copy, sequencing, and follow-ups
- Use tools like Clay, Apollo, or Instantly to build personalised outbound at scale without it feeling like spam
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and booked meetings, and optimise relentlessly
LinkedIn Automation
- Build LinkedIn outreach workflows using tools like Phantombuster, Expandi, or similar
- Develop connection and messaging sequences that feel human and convert
- Test different personas, messaging angles, and audience segments systematically
Paid Campaigns
- Run lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Own the full loop from targeting and creative briefing through to cost per lead and pipeline quality
- Know when a campaign is working and when to cut it before it bleeds budget
Pipeline Operations
- Enrich and qualify leads before they hit the sales team so no one wastes time on the wrong conversations
- Keep CRM data clean, tagged, and up to date
- Build automations that reduce manual work across the lead gen stack using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
Reporting
- Track and report on pipeline metrics weekly, leads generated, CPL, conversion to meeting, conversion to opportunity
- Bring clear observations and recommendations, not just numbers
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a lead generation, growth, or performance marketing role
- Hands-on experience with at least two of: Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Phantombuster, Expandi, n8n, Make, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of cold email infrastructure, domains, warming, deliverability, and sequencing
- Experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads with real budgets
- Strong with numbers, you are comfortable in spreadsheets and you check your data before drawing conclusions
- You have a bias for building systems over doing the same thing manually twice
- Self-starter who does not need to be told what to test next
THE AI-FIRST REQUIREMENT
This one is non-negotiable and we mean it more for this role than almost any other.
We are not looking for someone who uses AI to write a few emails. We are looking for someone who has built multi-step AI-powered workflows that automate research, personalisation, enrichment, and outreach at scale. Think Clay waterfalls pulling from multiple data sources, AI-powered personalisation at the lead level, automated qualification logic, and outbound systems that run largely on their own once set up.
If you have built something like that before, tell us about it in your application. That answer will carry a lot of weight.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working at a B2B SaaS company or a growth agency
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or tools like Lemlist, Smartlead, or LaGrowthMachine
- Basic understanding of HTML or no-code tools enough to build simple landing pages or forms without needing a developer
- Exposure to intent data tools like Bombora, G2, or similar
