Job Description

Job Role: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Manage daily campaign operations, including budget pacing, bid adjustments, and performance monitoring
  • Take full ownership of campaign optimization to improve CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Build and maintain weekly & monthly performance reports and dashboards
  • Ensure accurate tracking implementation via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels
  • Identify performance gaps and proactively recommend optimizations
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to improve ad creatives and messaging
  • Maintain account hygiene (naming conventions, structure, tracking consistency, etc.)

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
  • Proven experience in managing live campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaign experience preferred)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns will be plus (especially B2B)
  • Experience in campaign optimization and performance improvement
  • Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / HRTech campaigns
  • Exposure to ABM campaigns or enterprise targeting
  • Familiarity with tools like Supermetrics, HubSpot, Salesforce
