Role Description

As a Performance Marketer, you will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and Google with a clear focus on international lead generation. If you've handled ad budgets, experimented with targeting, and delivered measurable results even at a beginner level we want you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize international lead-gen campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, Organic SEO.

• Drive targeted leads from US, UK, UAE, Canada, and other high-value markets.

• Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and minimize CPL.

• Monitor daily performance metrics and generate actionable insights.

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and funnels tailored to international audiences.

• Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and audiences to improve conversion rates.

• Build and track SEO and KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CPL, and ROAS.

• Use AI-powered tools for optimization, automation, and performance analysis.

• Suggest new audience segments and funnel improvements for better results.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid campaigns.

• Hands-on experience running international lead generation campaigns (US / UK / UAE preferred).

• Ability to manage and optimize ad budgets responsibly.

• Proficiency in SEO, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.

• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SEO AI tools for optimization or analytics.

• Experience with SEO and LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen + Website Conversion campaigns).

• Knowledge of remarketing funnels and multi-channel campaigns.

• Creative thinking for testing new formats and messaging styles.
