Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.

Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office.
