Role Objective
Own the top of the sales funnel by generating and qualifying high-quality B2B leads.
This role is purely focused on lead generation and qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, databases, and inbound enquiries
- Identify and engage decision-makers (Facility, Engineering, Admin, Purchase, Operations)
- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and intent
- Classify leads (Hot / Warm / Cold) and schedule meetings for sales team
- Ensure clean handover with complete lead information
- Maintain accurate CRM / Airtable records and daily activity logs
Success Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Lead-to-meeting conversion ratio
- Data accuracy and CRM discipline
- Consistency in pipeline creation
Eligibility
- Graduate (MBA / Sales / Marketing preferred)
- 34 years experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales / tele-calling
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with targets and daily calling activity
