Lead Generation Specialist (Remote US Hours)

Join Club Feast, a fast-growing startup transforming food delivery while supporting local and minority-owned restaurants. We're looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to support our BDR team by driving high-quality lead generation primarily using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role focuses on building targeted lead lists, qualifying prospects, and setting up qualified opportunities for our sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, filter, and build targeted lists of high-quality B2B prospects
  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation workflows
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone as needed to engage prospects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
  • Proactively monitor and improve lead generation strategies and processes

Requirements

  • 12+ years experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development roles
  • Strong, documented experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and hitting activity targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized while working remotely in US business hours
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

Preferred

  • Background in food delivery, hospitality, SaaS, or related industries
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ownership
