You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns that fill the sales pipelines of multiple business units. 2. Key Responsibilities & Targets
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management:Plan and execute high-impact performance marketing strategies acrossGoogle Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedInfor different brands.
- Lead Generation Targets:Meet or exceed monthlyQualified Lead Volumetargets for each firm, ensuring a steady stream of prospects for the respective sales teams.
- Global & Domestic Targeting:Design and implement geo-fenced campaigns to reach specific domestic andoverseas audiencesbased on each firm's growth objectives.
- Optimisation & ROAS:Monitor daily performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR) and conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives and landing pages to maximiseReturn on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Full-Funnel Oversight:Analyse the entire customer journeyfrom the first ad click to final conversionidentifying and fixing drop-off points in the user funnel.
- Reporting & Strategy:Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders, providing actionable insights to refine long-term business strategies.
3. Qualifications & Skills
- Target-Driven Mindset:Proven track record of consistently meeting aggressive lead generation and conversion targets.
- Analytical Excellence:Strong proficiency inData Analysisusing tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and GTM.
- Platform Mastery:Advanced hands-on experience in managing large-scale budgets on major ad platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to craft persuasive ad copy and engage with cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail in tracking, naming conventions, and budget management.
- Familiarity withCRM software(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to monitor lead quality and feedback loops.
