Job Overview:

Auriic Services is seeking a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our Bench Sales Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline within the US IT staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and databases
• Research and target potential clients in the US IT staffing/bench sales market
• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and vendors
• Initiate contact via emails, cold calling, and messaging to generate opportunities
• Coordinate with the Bench Sales team to align leads with available consultants
• Maintain daily/weekly reports on lead generation activities
• Track responses and follow up with potential clients
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly lead targets
