Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting research to support sales efforts, and maintaining effective communication with prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing lead-generation strategies, reaching out to potential clients via phone or email, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation of lead information and providing insights to refine targeting efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and nurture client relationships
  • Sales experience with the ability to support the conversion of potential clients into customers
  • Proficiency in Research to identify new opportunities and refine lead targeting strategies
  • Organizational and analytical skills for maintaining accurate records and reporting insights
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
