Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales & Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, initiating meaningful conversations, and building a strong pipeline of prospects to support the sales process. The ideal candidate combines research skills, communication excellence, and a passion for connecting with potential clients to drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads across various industries and channels.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain and update accurate lead records in CRM systems.
  • Nurture early-stage prospects with timely follow-ups to build interest and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Support teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing outreach scripts, messaging, and engagement strategies.
  • Track lead metrics and performance, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Help improve lead generation processes by analyzing trends and suggesting enhancements.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, tele-calling, or related roles.
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
  • Good research and analytical abilities to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high outbound communication volume.
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer personas.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with good collaboration skills across departments.
  • Prior experience with email outreach tools and social media prospecting is a plus.
