Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales & Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, initiating meaningful conversations, and building a strong pipeline of prospects to support the sales process. The ideal candidate combines research skills, communication excellence, and a passion for connecting with potential clients to drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads across various industries and channels.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain and update accurate lead records in CRM systems.
- Nurture early-stage prospects with timely follow-ups to build interest and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Support teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion.
- Assist in creating and optimizing outreach scripts, messaging, and engagement strategies.
- Track lead metrics and performance, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Help improve lead generation processes by analyzing trends and suggesting enhancements.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, tele-calling, or related roles.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Good research and analytical abilities to identify high-potential prospects.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high outbound communication volume.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer personas.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Team player with good collaboration skills across departments.
- Prior experience with email outreach tools and social media prospecting is a plus.
