Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional responsible for generating leads, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves developing marketing strategies, promoting products/services, and achieving revenue targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations and client meetings
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain sales reports and CRM data
Marketing Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Manage digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, SEO, ads)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Create promotional content and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for branding activities
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Understanding of branding and product positioning
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales
