Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain sales reports and CRM data
Marketing Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Coordinate with design and content teams for branding activities
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills- Experience in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Understanding of branding and product positioning
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales
