Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Doing market research targeting US region to schedule high quality leads for sales. Identify customer's needs clarify information, research every issue to provide resolution.
  • Activities involved in LinkedIn reach outs, Email Marketing, Negotiation on pricing.
  • Conduct demos and convert them via Cold calling process.
  • Own the plan and strategies for expanding sales in your designated markets and collaborate with other sales leaders to meet the overall company goals.
  • Required candidates to generate data base of potential lead contacts who can be future clients.
  • Co-ordinate for contract finalization and legal approval's
  • Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitor's behavior.
  • Work in sync with the product development team and development team and develop sustainable and commercially viable products.
  • Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.
  • Analyses and provides support to deals in the pipeline where needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience in US region.
  • 1 years of inside sales experience in a software
  • Good understanding of Automation – RPA would be advantageous
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Should have hands on experience working with tools (Sales navigator,zoominfo,seamless,etc).
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Graduate with sound technical knowledge
