Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in cold calling/outbound sales (US market preferred)

Location: Noida/Ahmedabad/Pune/Vadodara

Shift Timing: US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Industry: US Accounting

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Cold Calling Executive with experience in outbound calling for the US market. The candidate will be responsible for initiating conversations with senior decision-makers such as CEOs, CFOs, and Directors of accounting and professional services firms, with the objective of qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for further discussions with the reporting manager.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or BPO/offshore services is a plus

Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or outbound sales

Experience calling US-based clients is highly preferred

Comfortable working in EST shift timings

Lead quality and follow-up efficiency

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
