About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Global Business Development Associate to support our expansion into international markets. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in B2B sales, overseas client engagement, and market research.

You will play a key role in generating leads, conducting international outreach, supporting marketing initiatives, and identifying relevant global industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct international cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Identify and qualify B2B leads in overseas markets
  • Support strategies to generate inbound leads through marketing campaigns
  • Research and identify global trade shows, R&D conferences, and B2B networking events
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM
  • Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and lead conversion
  • Track weekly activities and performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 03 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or related fields (internship experience accepted)
  • Strong interest in B2B sales and international business
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
