About The Opportunity

This role sits in the B2B technology-enabled customer engagement and sales enablement sector serving enterprise and SMB customers across India. We are hiring on-site in India for an entry-level sales role focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline creation. Primary title used for sourcing: Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools; create targeted outreach lists.
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations, capture key requirements, and schedule meetings for senior sales reps.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM recordslog activities, update lead status, and manage follow-up tasks.
  • Hit weekly lead-generation and meeting-booking targets and report pipeline metrics to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing to test messaging, refine sequences, and improve conversion rates.
