About the Role
- This role is designed for highly motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates interested in learning and growing in the global tech market.
- You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for IT and software solutions.
- Work closely with the Sales team to generate high-quality leads and support the company's growth pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, and Google.
- Collect accurate company details including industry type, decision-makers, revenue, and employee size.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools or tracking sheets with detailed notes.
- Reach out to prospects via emails, LinkedIn messages, or calls to introduce company services.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with qualified leads.
- Track and report weekly lead generation metrics to the Business Development Manager.
- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns for outreach.
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging industries, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related field (Freshers welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Eagerness to learn B2B lead generation strategies and market research techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
