Role Overview:
We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive to support our international client expansion. This is a full-time remote role, ideal for someone skilled in research, prospecting, data accuracy, and B2B market understanding.
Your job is to identify the right businesses, right industries, and right decision-makers, ensuring every lead is verified and valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential B2B clients across global markets
Find decision-makers like CEOs, Directors, Founders, Marketing Heads, etc.
Build targeted prospect lists by industry, geography, and business type
Work with tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.
Data Accuracy & Quality:
Ensure every lead is verified and valid
Maintain structured lead sheets with complete business details
Eliminate junk, irrelevant, or duplicate data
Maintain database hygiene and updates
Sales Support & Collaboration:
Coordinate with Business Development / Sales Team
Share verified leads in required structured formats
Support in planning outreach campaigns
Provide insights from research findings
Market Intelligence:
Track industries, sectors, and potential business segments
Identify opportunities, business patterns, and decision-maker behavior
Monitor competitor presence in target markets when needed
Requirements:
25 years of proven experience in B2B Lead Generation
Experience working with Gulf / US / UK / European markets preferred
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation tools
Excellent research and analytical skills
Good communication and English proficiency
Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Must have Laptop + Stable Internet
