This entry-level role supports growth through targeted lead gen, research, and content basics. Ideal for organized, proactive starters eager to learn B2B tools hands-on while working closely with management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Lead Generation
Build simple prospect lists via LinkedIn Sales Navigator (free trial) and Google Sheets.
Send personalized cold emails using free tools like GMass or Gmail templates.
Make 2030 daily follow-up calls to qualify interest.
Log leads in free Google Sheets or HubSpot free CRM. 2. Partnership Outreach
Research Tanzanian contacts (agri associations, hotel groups) via LinkedIn/Google.
Send intro emails and schedule 23 calls weekly.
Track progress in shared Sheets. 3. Content Basics
Create short LinkedIn posts and email drafts (templates provided).
Design simple assets (flyers, one-pagers) using free Canva.
Monitor basic engagement via LinkedIn insights.
4. Market Research Support
Update farm/hotel lists from public directories.
Note competitor trends weekly in a shared report.
Assist with event research (Tanzania expos).
5. Sales Assistance
Schedule demos via Calendly.
Prep basic briefing notes from templates.Required Skills
Strong English communication (written/spoken).
Comfort with cold calls and self-motivation.
Basic research (LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Canva).
