Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify and develop potential business opportunities. The role involves researching target prospects, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by building a strong sales pipeline through outbound activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business requirements
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/business development team
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and convert them into opportunities
- Prepare basic reports on lead status and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cold calling and outbound outreach
- Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and email platforms (preferred)
