Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Executive with strong experience in international markets, email marketing, and social media outreach. The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner and will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads through multi-channel marketing strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute lead generation campaigns for international markets including the USA, Canada, and Europe.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using tools such as Apollo.io and SendGrid to ensure high deliverability and engagement.
  • Generate leads through SMO platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems such as Zoho CRM and HubSpot with accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Perform data extraction and prospect research from LinkedIn, Google, and business directories.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Conduct prospecting, lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment setting for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and campaign performance.
  • Support SEO initiatives, including keyword and image optimization, to enhance online visibility.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of company services to effectively pitch to potential clients.

  • Achieved 2040% improvement in lead conversion rates through targeted campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation / Digital Marketing / Demand Generation
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, SendGrid, Zoho CRM, HubSpot
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, SMO, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
