Job Description

Lead BIM modelling activities as a senior member of the design team, ensuring high-quality technical delivery across projects
Implement and drive BIM processes, standards, and best practices across project teams and stakeholders
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and technicians for seamless execution of BIM modelling and drafting tasks
Oversee the development of detailed 3D BIM models ensuring alignment with design intent and industry standards
Manage BIM data effectively, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for all stakeholders
Perform clash detection using BIM tools to identify and resolve design conflicts prior to construction
Generate accurate construction drawings and documentation directly from BIM models
Ensure quality control by reviewing models and drawings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements
Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans in coordination with clients and design teams for MEP services
Support preparation of BOQs, 3D/4D drawings, and coordinated BIM deliverables
Mentor and guide junior team members, enhancing team capability and technical competence
Assist in workload distribution and improve overall team productivity and efficiency
Ensure timely delivery of technically accurate drawings and documentation
Stay updated with latest BIM technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project planning activities
Support resource planning, project execution, and proposal preparation
Work effectively in high-pressure environments with multiple deadlines and deliverables
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and professional work ethics
