Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and trainings as per requirements outlined in relevant standards and audit criteria
  • Stay updated on all relevant skill development, regulatory, code qualification, and industry standards
  • Maintain qualifications and competencies in standards such as BRCGS Food, Packaging, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, and other food safety-related schemes
  • Understand and monitor the local social, economic, and business environment to ensure relevance in audit delivery
  • Ensure timely Turnaround Time (TAT) for audit report submissions as per Eurofins procedures
  • Uphold and communicate the principles of impartiality in certification processes; take independent action where required
  • Lead technical decisions and review certification/verification decisions made by the technical team
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders such as Impartiality Committee, Directors, and Accreditation Bodies
  • Ensure timely qualification renewals, completion of trainings, calibration meetings, and approval processes
  • Mentor and support technical executives, auditors, and back-office executives to build strong technical teams
  • Provide ongoing support and monitoring of operational activities to ensure process compliance and continual improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Science or related discipline
  • Certified Lead Auditor in FSMS / FSSC / QMS or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, technical, or audit functions, preferably with a certification body
  • At least 4 years of prior experience in the food industry, preferably in production or quality departments
