What you will do | Job Responsibility

• Conduct clinical and process training for newly joined clinical and paramedical staff

across centers.

• Design and deliver training modules related to fertility treatments, patient care

protocols, and clinical procedures.

• Deliver highly engaging and interactive training sessions using adult learning

principles such as case-based learning and experiential methods.

• Incorporate role plays, simulations, and real-life clinical scenarios such as patient

counselling, consent taking, and handling difficult patients.

• Use activity-based learning techniques such as case discussions, group problemsolving

exercises, and clinical decision-making drills.

• Conduct mock drills and hands-on simulations for procedures and patient handling.

• Apply blended learning approaches including classroom training, on-ground training,

and digital learning modules.

• Provide induction training for RMOs, Nurses, Counsellors, and Patient Care

Coordinators.

• Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure continuous skill development.

• Develop training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and learning materials.

• Train staff on IVF treatment cycles, procedures, medications, and patient

management protocols.

• Ensure all clinical staff follow standardized treatment and documentation processes.

• Stay updated with latest fertility treatment practices and share knowledge with

teams.

• Monitor adherence to clinical SOPs and hospital policies.

• Conduct audits and training assessments to evaluate staff competency.

• Identify training gaps and plan corrective training programs.

• Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and center heads for training requirements.

• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

• Support implementation of new clinical protocols across centers.

• Provide hands-on training and guidance during clinical procedures when required.

• Travel to different centers for training and quality monitoring (if required).

Experience

2–5 Years of Relevant Experience

Education

B.A.M.S / B.H.M.S

Language

Marathi (Mandatory), Hindi and English

Required Skills

Strong clinical knowledge in fertility/IVF domain.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Strong presentation and training delivery abilities.

Ability to design engaging and interactive training programs.

Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
