As a Hyperlocal Demand - CRM professional with 2.0-5.0 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in demang generation for Mnow business thorugh inorganic channels inluding CRM, Perf etc. Your responsibilities will focus on maximizing customer & business growth through these channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM & Perf solutions to enhance customer interactions and drive business success in the hyperlocal demand domain.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data and trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize CRM processes.
  • Manage customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information that enables personalized marketing campaigns and targeted customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM requirements, prioritize initiatives, and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools and technologies to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance the overall customer experience for hyperlocal demand services.
  • Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices, data management, and system usage to ensure consistent and effective implementation across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in CRM & perf technology to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of the competition in the hyperlocal demand sector.

This role requires a strong understanding of CRM & Perf Marketing Channels, excellent analytical skills, and a customer-centric mindset to drive successful outcomes in the hyperlocal demand generation space. With your expertise and experience, you will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing inorganic channels strategies to meet the unique demands of the hyperlocal market and drive business growth and customer loyalty.
