About the role:

The Conversion & Growth (D2C) Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the digital funnel by optimizing user experience, improving conversion rates, and strengthening customer retention. This role will focus on on-site journey optimization, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and data-led experimentation to maximize revenue from existing traffic.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or digital roles, with a strong understanding of user behavior, analytics, and cross-functional execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Responsibility: Drive revenue growth from existing traffic by improving conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchase behavior.

  • Conversion Optimization: Own and improve key funnel metrics such as product views, add-to-cart, checkout, and purchase by identifying drop-offs and driving UX and journey enhancements.

  • User Experience & Journey: Work closely with product, tech, creative and catalog teams to improve overall website/app experience across discovery, PDPs, cart, and checkout to drive higher engagement and conversion.

  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Execute and optimize CRM programs across channels like email, WhatsApp, and push notifications to drive repeat purchases, retention, and customer LTV.

  • Martech & Partner Management: Work with partners such as Razorpay and CleverTap to improve checkout success rates, engagement journeys, and overall conversion.

  • SEO / Organic Growth: Coordinate with SEO/AEO partners to improve organic traffic quality and conversion. Support implementation of on-site SEO recommendations.

  • Data Analysis & Experimentation: Analyse user behavior, funnel performance, and cohort trends to identify growth opportunities. Build hypotheses, run A/B tests, and measure impact.

  • Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain regular reports on funnel performance, conversion metrics, and CRM effectiveness. Share actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Funnel Metrics: Continuously improve metrics such as conversion rate, cart-to-checkout rate, checkout success rate, repeat rate, and revenue per visitor.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketing, product, tech, and content teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution across the funnel.

Desired Skills and Functional Experience:

  • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or digital roles within a D2C brand or online business.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Software Engineering preferred), complemented by an MBA.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and digital customer journeys. Familiarity with CRM tools, experimentation, and basic SEO principles.

  • Analytics Knowledge: Proficient in working with analytics and data tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI/SQL, CRM platforms, and MMPs. Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable growth opportunities.

  • Execution Orientation: Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive them to completion in a fast-paced environment.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with product and tech teams, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with a focus on identifying and solving revenue impacting problems.

  • Results-Oriented: Strong focus on improving measurable metrics such as conversion rate, repeat rate, and revenue per user.
