We are building an India-first platform across EOR, contractor payments, payroll, compliance, and related services.
Why this role exists:
We need a hands-on growth leader who can build pipeline and improve conversion, not just manage brand.
You should have proven success in at least one GTM motion (e.g. outbound, lifecycle, partnerships, product marketing, paid, customer marketing, etc.) for a similar ICP — and the ability to extend that into a broader growth engine.
You will start by executing yourself. Over time, you will build the team around what works.
What you will own:
You will own growth across the funnel, with focus on pipeline and conversion.
1. Demand generation
- Build and run campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
- Scale at least one GTM motion you are strong in
- Experiment and expand into adjacent channels over time
2. Messaging and product marketing
- Sharpen positioning for our ICP
- Improve how we communicate value across website, campaigns, outbound, and sales
- Build core assets that improve persuasion
3. Outbound and sales support
- Improve outbound messaging, targeting, and conversion
- Support sales with better collateral, proof, and objection handling
4. Customer marketing and proof
- Build a system to collect and use customer proof
- Turn testimonials, case studies, and customer stories into conversion assets
- Use customer voices to improve trust across website, outbound, and sales
5. Lifecycle and funnel improvement
- Improve how leads are nurtured and converted over time
- Reduce drop-offs across the funnel
6. Analytics and execution
- Track what matters: pipeline, conversion, source quality
- Run fast experiments and improve based on data
What we are looking for:
Must-have
- 4–8 years of experience in growth, demand gen, product marketing, or similar roles
- Proven success in at least one GTM motion for a similar ICP
- Strong bias for execution — you can do the work yourself
- Strong persuasion and messaging ability
- Clear understanding of pipeline, conversion, and revenue
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- High ownership and speed
Strong plus
- Experience in SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or similar B2B categories
- Experience working closely with sales / outbound teams
- Experience with customer storytelling, case studies, or proof-led marketing
- Experience in early-stage or scaling environments
