Lead Operations - IB

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on and driven Operations Specialist to lead our international supply chain and logistics across key markets including the US, UK, EU, and GCC. This role will focus on ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable movement of goods from India to global markets, with strong ownership of execution and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own end-to-end international supply chain and logistics operations across US, UK, EU, and GCC markets

● Plan and manage exports from India, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries

● Work closely with freight forwarders, 3PL partners, and distributors to ensure smooth execution

● Drive demand planning and inventory flow in coordination with internal teams and international partners

● Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across warehousing, dispatch, and last-mile delivery

● Build and optimize SOPs to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability

● Track and improve key metrics such as delivery timelines, fill rates, and logistics costs

● Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, product) to align supply with demand

● Manage day-to-day operational issues and ensure minimal disruption to business

Requirements:

● 5+ years of experience in operations, with strong exposure to international supply chain and logistics in FMCG

● Proven experience managing exports from India to global markets (US, UK, EU, GCC preferred)

● Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and inventory management

● Experience working with freight partners, 3PLs, and distributors

● Ability to operate in a fast-paced, mid-scale environment with high ownership

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity

● Good stakeholder management and communication skills
