Role Description
As a full-time, on-site Language Trainer - German at Talentry, based in Chennai, you will be responsible for delivering language instruction to aspiring healthcare professionals. Your daily responsibilities will include planning and conducting German language lessons, assessing learners progress, and creating lesson plans tailored to individual needs. You will ensure effective learning outcomes by using engaging teaching methodologies to motivate learners and enhance their language proficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Language Teaching and effective communication of German across different proficiency levels
- Experience in Lesson Planning and structuring content to address varied learning requirements
- Strong foundation in Teaching methods and strategies, particularly in language education
- Background in Education or Literature is a plus
- Certification (B2/C1) in German language (e.g., Zertifikat Deutsch, Goethe-Institut certifications)
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of learners
- Experience in healthcare-related language training is a strong advantage
