Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Management

Responsible for daily classroom operations and execution of lesson plans.
Engage young children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
Attend to basic needs of children such as meal times and nap routines.
Maintain order and instill good manners, values, and positive behavior among children.

Individual Responsibilities

Be punctual and inform the Centre in case of delays.
Maintain reliable attendance and provide advance notice for absences.
Exhibit a positive attitude and approach feedback constructively.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and centre staff.
Communicate directly and professionally, avoiding gossip.

Qualification and Experience

Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) preferred, or any graduation.
Minimum 2 years of preschool teaching experience.
Work Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM / 10 AM – 7 PM.

Additional Skills

Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet usage.
Being a young mother is considered an added advantage.
