Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Faculty Member role based in Chennai. The Faculty Member will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions aligned with MIA's curriculum, preparing course materials, and monitoring student progress. Additional responsibilities include conducting mock tests, providing personalized feedback, and supporting students in achieving their academic and professional goals. Collaboration with fellow trainers and active participation in curriculum development initiatives will also be required to ensure the best learning outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching English language proficiency tests (IELTS, OET, TOEFL, PTE, etc.) or professional assessments (NCLEX-RN, Prometric, DHA, etc.).
• Strong curriculum design, class management, and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse learners effectively.
• Ability to use digital tools and technology for interactive and engaging lessons.
• Experience in mentoring students with personalized guidance and constructive feedback.
• Certification from recognized organizations like Cambridge, IDP, or similar is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field (e.g., English, Nursing, or related disciplines).
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred, especially in test preparation or professional skills development.
