About the Role

We are looking to hire a Real Estate Lawyer to support land-related aspects of large infrastructure and energy projects. The role will be execution-focused, involving end-to-end handling of land acquisition, title diligence, and transaction documentation, while working closely with business and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support land acquisition processes across multiple jurisdictions
• Conduct and review title due diligence and identify risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate and land-related documentation
• Liaise with local stakeholders, consultants, and authorities
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions on project execution

Key Requirements

• PQE: 5–8 years
• Strong experience in:
• Land acquisition
• Title due diligence
• Real estate documentation
• Language: Kannada (mandatory)
• Ability to work closely with on-ground teams and manage multiple stakeholders

Preferred

• Prior exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure, or large-scale projects
