Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Chennai for a Land Acquisition Manager. The role involves identifying and evaluating potential land acquisition opportunities, conducting thorough market research and due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements. The Land Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for analyzing financial feasibility, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with land use regulations and company objectives. The role requires strategic planning and strong organizational skills to drive successful acquisitions and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Skills in Land Use Planning and understanding zoning regulations
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess viability and risks
- Expertise in Market Research to identify potential opportunities
- Proficiency in Acquisitions processes and strategies
- Basic to advanced knowledge of Finance for feasibility analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Prior experience in real estate, land acquisition, or relevant fields is preferred
- A degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field is a plus
