This is a full-time remote role for a Town Planner. The Town Planner will be responsible for analyzing land use proposals, developing and implementing planning policies, reviewing and preparing planning applications, and liaising with stakeholders. The role also involves preparing reports to support planning decisions, monitoring development progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and environmental guidelines.

• Expertise in urban planning, land use planning, and zoning regulations
• Strong analysis, research, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in preparing planning documents and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge or experience with GIS software and other urban planning tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture, Geography, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment
• Familiarity with environmental policy and sustainability practices is an advantage
