Sales Marketing Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Marketing Manager. The responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, managing a team to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and analyzing sales data to inform key decisions. The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, overseeing promotional activities, managing budgets, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

• Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Marketing skills, including Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Market Research
• Proven ability in Leadership, Team Management, and Performance Optimization
• Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and identify trends or opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
• Experience in the medical device industry or healthcare sector is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing software
