Job Summary
Redcliffe Labs is looking for a proactive and target-driven Key Account Manager Sales to manage and grow business from corporate clients, aggregators, and insurance brokers. The candidate must have a strong background in the diagnostics industry, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to generate new leads along with managing existing accounts. Regular client visits are a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand business from corporate clients, aggregators, and insurance brokers.
Manage the accounts of existing clients and new clients.
Build strong, long-term professional relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to understand requirements and propose tailored diagnostic solutions.
Identify new opportunities and generating leads to support revenue growth.
Develop account-specific plans and strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth execution and service delivery. Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare periodic sales reports.
Ensure adherence to company standards, pricing protocols, and service commitments. Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or key account management in the diagnostic industry (mandatory).
Prior experience managing corporates, aggregators, or insurance-related accounts is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to independently handle client visits, lead generation, and field sales activities.
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PPT) and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel within Gurgaon and nearby regions as needed for client visits.
