Job Title : Key Account Manager - Quick Commerce

About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Key Account Manager Quick Commerce to drive profitable growth across Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, supply, commercials, and brand execution. You will ensure that Anveshan not only scales rapidly on Quick Commerce but also shows up with a consistent, premium, and purpose-led brand experience across platforms.
You will act as the mini-CEO of your channels, owning PnL while safeguarding Anveshan's brand vision and consumer promise.
Key Responsibilities :
Platform Ownership & Growth
- Own end-to-end performance for assigned Quick Commerce platforms, including GMV, contribution margin, and PnL.
- Drive availability-led growth through tight forecasting, replenishment, and execution.
- Own platform relationships and joint business planning (JBP).
Brands Ownership & Consumer Experience
- Ensure Anveshan's brand vision, mission, and positioning are consistently represented across platforms.
- Own brand hygiene on Quick Commerce apps product naming, descriptions, imagery, claims, and visibility placements.
- Work with Brand & Design teams to execute platform-specific creatives aligned to Anveshan's clean-label, trust-first ethos.
- Monitor consumer reviews and feedback to protect brand perception and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure consistency in pricing, packs, and communication to avoid brand dilution.
Availability, Supply & Execution
- Ensure 100% fill rates, strong OTIF, and adherence to tight TATs.
- Track sales velocity and inventory turns to prevent stockouts and over-stocking.
- Partner with Supply Chain & Ops to align supply with demand spikes and campaign periods.
Commercials, Pricing & Promotions
- Plan and execute platform promotions, price-offs, and visibility campaigns while protecting brand equity.
- Track promo ROI, burn vs uplift, and funding efficiency.
- Lead platform commercial negotiations and funding discussions
Performance & Analytics
- Track daily and weekly performance across GMV, fill rate, margins, availability, and brand metrics.
- Use data to identify growth levers, consumer behavior shifts, and execution gaps.
- Build dashboards and performance reviews for internal and leadership stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work with Finance on PnL, margins, and trade spends.
- Partner with Brand & Marketing on campaign planning and execution.
- Coordinate with Ops and Supply Chain to ensure SLA adherence and seamless fulfillment.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- GMV growth (MoM / QoQ)
- Fill rate & OTIF (%)
- Contribution margin & PnL
- Inventory turns / weeks of cover
- Promo ROI & funding efficiency
- Brand metrics: ratings, reviews, visibility, and consistency of brand execution
Skills & Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Growth, preferably in FMCG / Quick Commerce / Marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, or BigBasket ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of availability-driven demand models.
- Ability to balance growth, commercials, and brand integrity
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred.
- Highly analytical, structured, and execution-oriented.
