We partner with property buyers, sellers, builders, developers, and homeowners to streamline and accelerate property documentation across the real estate lifecycle. Our services include legal verification, sale agreements, sale deeds, khata transfers, property registration, power of attorney, BESCOM name transfers, and property tax services.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to own and nurture relationships with our B2B clients—builders, developers, real estate agencies, and institutional partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, timely service delivery, and consistent revenue growth through retention, upselling, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned B2B accounts (builders, developers, real estate agencies, and channel partners), ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organisations.
- Conduct regular account reviews and check-ins to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify pain points or service gaps.
- Coordinate with internal teams—legal, operations, and documentation—to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of all client service requests.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts for additional Proplex services such as khata transfers, property tax, BESCOM services, and bulk legal verifications.
- Manage client onboarding for new B2B accounts, including walkthroughs of service processes, SLA expectations, and escalation protocols.
- Track and report on key account metrics: retention rates, revenue per account, turnaround times, and client satisfaction scores.
- Handle escalations and service issues promptly, working with internal teams to resolve them within agreed timelines.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions, contracts, and service history in the CRM system.
- Support the B2B Sales Manager with renewal negotiations, contract amendments, and proposal preparation for existing accounts.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in key account management, client servicing, or B2B relationship management—must have at least 1 year of experience in real estate services, legal services, or professional services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across organisations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage several accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Familiarity with property documentation processes (sale deeds, agreements, khata, registration) is a strong advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing client needs.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
